This is usually an easy fix. We have seen a few R1 trainers arrive with dry freehub bodies. Some customers have reported that the factory lube has worn thin. If you have a lightweight grease that you can apply to the inboard face and pawls of the freehub body (photo below), this should eliminate the freehub catching while freewheeling and greatly reduce the amount of noise from your R1. This may also improve calibration accuracy.
