Kinetic Fit (iOS) - Activating Cues and Voiceover and Adjusting Workout Difficulty

Version 1.1 of the Kinetic Fit app includes a screen to add voiceover, event cues and several other features. You can also increase or decrease the difficulty of a workout mid-ride with a slider. When adjusting difficulty, the slider will set the power targets up or down in 1% increments up to ±50%.

  1. In an active workout, right-swipe the screen to open cues and difficulty preferences screen. Be sure to place finger over workout metrics when swiping.
  2. Select radio buttons for the cues or events you'd like to use.
  3. Adjust difficulty with the slider in 1% increments. Left-swipe to exit screen when finished.

What do each of the radio buttons do?

Hide Popups: This will make on-screen interval popups disappear from active workouts

Auto lap: Places a lap marker each time you enter a new zone. If you're doing a "Free Ride" workout and can be steady with your effort, this is a nice way to automatically mark laps in your workout.

Event Cues: Turns on or off sound effects marking programmed workout events like intervals, pause button selection, laps, etc...

Voiceover: Automatically reads interval popups when they appear.

Zone Cues: Turns on or off sound effects whenever you enter a new power zone.

Difficulty Adjustment: Increase or decrease the difficulty of a workout mid-ride with a slider. When adjusting difficulty, the slider will set the power targets up or down in 1% increments up to ±50%.
