Version 1.1 of the Kinetic Fit app includes a screen to add voiceover, event cues and several other features. You can also increase or decrease the difficulty of a workout mid-ride with a slider. When adjusting difficulty, the slider will set the power targets up or down in 1% increments up to ±50%.
- In an active workout, right-swipe the screen to open cues and difficulty preferences screen. Be sure to place finger over workout metrics when swiping.
- Select radio buttons for the cues or events you'd like to use.
- Adjust difficulty with the slider in 1% increments. Left-swipe to exit screen when finished.
What do each of the radio buttons do?
Hide Popups: This will make on-screen interval popups disappear from active workouts
Auto lap: Places a lap marker each time you enter a new zone. If you're doing a "Free Ride" workout and can be steady with your effort, this is a nice way to automatically mark laps in your workout.
Event Cues: Turns on or off sound effects marking programmed workout events like intervals, pause button selection, laps, etc...
Voiceover: Automatically reads interval popups when they appear.
Zone Cues: Turns on or off sound effects whenever you enter a new power zone.
Difficulty Adjustment: Increase or decrease the difficulty of a workout mid-ride with a slider. When adjusting difficulty, the slider will set the power targets up or down in 1% increments up to ±50%.
