For your first ride with the new app we recommend the following steps:
A. Create an Account and User Profile
- Create a username and password and set up your account
- Create a profile with: email, height, weight, age
- Set heart rate and power zones
- Be sure to add an FTP number to use all of the app functions. FTP is explained in detail here.
B. Configure sharing
- Add existing Dropbox, and Strava accounts
- Add social media accounts
C. Pair sensors
- Pair sensors after setting up profiles and sharing for best results
- Be sure to wear heart rate strap and that inRide pod is installed
- Begin a workout!
