Why does my Fluid Resistance unit make a "Gurgling" noise at low speeds?

The liquid noise you are hearing is the fluid inside the resistance chamber rolling against the impellers. It’s a gurgling or soft rain noise, usually only noted at lower speeds. As you pick up speed the fluid is pushed to the outer part of the chamber (where the impellers are larger) and provides increased (progressive) resistance.
